I got quotes from multiple companies but Aire one had the most competitive one. Tony helped us with quotation. Paul and Enrico were quick and thorough with their installation. There was some miscommunication about wire channels being included in the installation but Tony was quick to resolve it with the technicians. Overall it was a good experience!

On June 24 we had Aire One ,s technician come out to replace our air conditioner that had been destroyed by mice. Paul was courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with the new heat pump and the quality service!

I had a new furnace installed today. Two gentleman arrived on time and it was installed in 3 hours. They were extremely nice and cleaned up when they were done . Highly recommend!

Today I had my yearly maintenance done on my Furnace, Air Conditioner and Gas Fireplace by Jake. Jake is a friendly experienced and fabulous technician who has worked on our home in previous years. He is very knowledgeable and he even gave me tips today on how much space should be around my air conditioner as I have a bush planted beside it and it needed to be trimmed back further than I had trimmed it. Great advice and that is my next job for me today. It is always a pleasure to speak with the office staff and the technicians. Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Aire One is a fantastic company.

My father's a/c stopped working during this heatwave. My usual HVAC company suggested I contact Aire One as the unit was older and Aire One would have the parts, plus they were backlogged with call-outs and would not be able to come out for 3 days. Within 90 minutes of my calling Aire One office I had a call from a tech (Nicole) who was out on the road doing service calls and was close by my Dad's house at the time so I met her at Dad's place 5 minutes later and Nicole was able to diagnose, replace the part and have the a/c up and running again in no time. Extremely impressed with today's service and would definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much.

We purchased a new furnace and water tank with a conversion from Oil to gas and replaced the AC with a heat pump. The system works great! Right from the first sales call, to the pre install visit, to the install and coordination with the oil and gas to the post install walkthrough and warranty emailed to us … the attention and care that Tony Edwards and team provided was outstanding.
